Specialised materials and techniques have been developed for high frequency welding. The high frequency welding process consists of compressing multi-laminates between electrodes and dielectrically heating them. The process supplies flat products which allow three-dimensional shapes to be formed easily on assembly. The process enables customers to use a variety of encapsulating materials which result in sealed edges and fold lines.

	Thermal embossing is used to create complex designs, such as curved stitch lines or company logos, within a trim face forming a sewn effect into the fabric laminate.

Pritex is able to form three-dimensional shapes from slab stock acoustic materials. Three-dimensional moulding gives consistent performance and achieves different densities and can incorporate encapsulation by films or semi-porous coatings.

Pritex has developed a wide range of lightweight acoustic insulation insulation materials. Thermally bonded fibre of various densities and thicknesses can be produced to order and is available in rolls, cut and perforated pads, or pressed shapes.

Working in partnership with Pritex, customers benefit from a range of specially tailored services that include EDI, sub-system assembly, re-useable palletised packaging and logistic support.

Conversion facilities include a range of operations for pressing, contouring, profiling, slitting, die-cutting, angle cutting and templating.
	For specific applications, in-house tooling facilities enable the production of dedicated machinery for specific projects.

Two lamination production lines enable thermal lamination of various films, fabrics and non-woven materials.
